10.4 Bet Settlement Disputes

98jili decisions regarding bet settlement are final unless proven to be an obvious error. You must report settlement disputes within seven (7) days of the bet settlement date. Disputes reported after this period will not be considered.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification.
